Sponsorship Opportunities
The City of Woodstock is proud to have been selected as the host community for the 2009 ParaSport Summer Games. We are expecting to host over 250 top caliber athletes, coaches, officials and support staff on July 24 and 25, 2009.
We are soliciting cash donations to assist us with ensuring that we can offer top quality venues and amenities, transportation, lunches, entertainment and a closing banquet to be remembered.
Hosting these Games will leave a permanent physical legacy for our community in the form of a new all-weather surface for the Terry Fox Memorial Track. We also believe that the Games will leave a personal legacy for many of our citizens who will be volunteering at the Games and local disabled persons who will begin to strive towards athletic greatness after witnessing the Games.
We appreciate your consideration and assistance and hope that you might be able to attend some of the great sports action on July 24 or 25. Below you will find information detailing sponsorship opportunities, the events and the venues.

Platinum Sponsor
- Donation of $5,000+ in goods and services or and/cash
- A banner recognizing the donation will be displayed at each 2009 ParaSport Summer Games venue
- Donor will have their corporate logo and name displayed on all printed materials distributed at the 2009 ParaSport Summer Games
- Donor will receive up to 4 tickets to the Closing Banquet for the 2009 ParaSport Summer Games on July 25 at the Quality Inn
- Donor will be recognized in a thank-you print ad for the 2009 ParaSport Summer Games
Gold Sponsor
- Donation of $2,500 to $4,999 in goods and services and/or cash
- A banner recognizing the donation will be displayed at each 2009 ParaSport Summer Games venue
